Notes I’m watching The Number/The CoupleThe Number is problematic cuz it’s partially based on slut shaming and insecurities based on a partners number of sexual partners and ex’s.
But I have to admit it’s hilarious. Issa Rae of ABG is a part of this show too. I feel the same way about ABG, super problematic, but rather funny.
Ugh, living with contradictions. I just want to support Black entertainment without supporting oppressive shit. It’s so hard.
